LIFTING JACK SYSTEM - SPINDLE LIFTING JACK SYSTEM
Application: Lifting rail vehicles, e.g. locomotives, motor cars or car bodies, so that maintenance and/or repair work can be carried out on their wheelsets or bogies, etc. Maintenance and/or repair work can be carried out. Suitable for indoor operation.
The total load of the system is 1000 kN. It consists of eight individual jacks. Each lifting jack may be loaded with max. 250 kN.
The working stroke is realized via a directly driven electric trapezoidal screw drive (Tr.80x16).
Each lifting jack is equipped with a claw.
Lifting jack functions can be set in “single travel” at the lifting jack control point (control box + hand panel): Lifting/lowering operation; swivel downwards/upwards: move left/right
Central operation of all eight lifting jacks via an electric control panel.
